How does Camino for Good collect your information?

Camino for Good collects personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us when you subscribe to our magazines, sign up for e-newsletters, enter a contest, participate in surveys, login into our Web Sites using a third party login system (including, but not limited to, Facebook Connect, Twitter, etc.), register for a Web Site, webcast, or trade show, or otherwise communicate with us. How does Camino for Good protect your information?

Due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Any information you provide may be stored and maintained in a Camino for Good database, either housed at Camino for Good or with a third party vendor. In the case of a sale, change of ownership or merger involving Camino for Good or any parent, subsidiary or affiliated company, your information may be transferred to a third party.
How can data be deleted?
If you have created an account on Camino for Good we will delete your account upon request (via email to support@caminoforgood.com).
As a user of Camino for Good, you can delete mileage and log data from the system whenever you wish. This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or Camino for Good employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the account user before data are permanently deleted. Data may still remain in the systems back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.
A user’s account may be deleted from our CRM upon request to support@caminoforgood.com. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
What are your options for how Camino for Good uses or shares your information?
If you wish to opt out of receiving postal, email, fax or phone calls from Camino for Good please send an email to: info@caminoforgood.com. You may also mail your request to the attention of the Privacy Manager at 217 Cana Cir., Nashville, TN 37203. Specifically who this privacy manager is and how contacting them will work is subject to change. We will attempt to process any such requests within 10 business days or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
