How does my Journey to Santiago help others?
With this challenge, we committed that 75% of our net income goes towards aiding the albergues (Spanish hostels) along the Camino de Santiago.
COVID-19 was not kind to the pilgrim hostels and it was time to help the hostel owners make it through the winter season and the uncertainty of the year ahead.
To see our new commitment to the Camino, visit Our Impact Page.
- Although the world is slowly opening up, these albergue hosts find themselves with insufficient income to support their businesses.
- Many struggle to cover basic living expenses, like rent, electricity, and water.
- Supporting the albergues now ensures they will be ready to receive pilgrims as we all live our dream to be on the Camino.
